  • 6 oz horseradish root (peeled)
  • 12 Tbsp water
  • 2-4 Tbsp white vinegar 
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  1. In a food processor, grind peeled horseradish until well ground.
  2. Add water, salt and vinegar and mix in the food processor until well combined.
  3. Place in a jar and store in the refrigerator.
